How to Exchange Your Ring

If you find that you need to exchange your ring for a different size, you must have registered for the Limited Lifetime Sizing Warranty within 30 days of purchase.  Go to the retailer where you purchased your REVV™ jewelry, and give them your authorization number (after you’ve registered, you’ll receive the authorization number by email). Once you’ve paid shipping and handling ($19.50), a new ring will be ordered for you!  Please allow time for the return of the ring to the manufacturer and shipping from the manufacturer to your retail store (this should take approximately three weeks).
